The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that he defined happy laughter of the people and younger generation as a symbol of the socialist system, mightiness of the Korean-style socialism and a criterion that determines position of a powerful country.
People’s happy laughter has profound meaning, indeed.
Only when a country is dignified with powerful national strength, only when its civilization and welfare is realized and only when it is filled with love and affection, can its people feel true happiness and laugh a hearty laughter.
Political ideal and character, view of value and idea differ in every country according to what it regards as a symbol of its system and what it regards as a standard of its national strength. Of course, a state or a system is appreciated by several factors like resources, wealth, size of territory and powerful military capabilities.
However, it should be regarded primarily with man as a centre and the people, the motive force of the state and system as the main. Resources and wealth are for the people and vast territory or powerful military capabilities are also for the sake of the people’s happiness and well-being.
In the DPRK, the people-centred socialist state, symbol of the state system and appraisal of the national strength are based on the people and the true and happy laughter of the people and younger generation is considered as their absolute criterion.
Only socialist Korea and only the Workers’ Party of Korea regard the people’s happy laughter as the most proud symbol of its system and the absolute criterion of appraising the national strength.
