Officials and workers of the Chungsongho Tractor Factory have succeeded in the production of small-sized tractors.
Days ago, they sent a lot of tractors to various raw-material bases in Kangwon Province seething with the implementation of Party’s policy on regional development.
The officials of the factory instilled deeply in the mind of the employees the importance of production and provision of tractors in vitalizing the raw-material bases in the province and encouraged them to make fresh innovation.
And they positively enlisted the creative power of the workers and technicians after setting big goals for restoring original efficiency and improving the capacity of equipment.
In particular, big efforts have been directed to raising the technical skills and roles of the skilled workers.
Thus, they invented and manufactured the jigs and tools for ensuring the processing accuracy of accessories by themselves while raising the scientific level of the production process.
And they made various accessories in a qualitative way, thus producing tractors of higher capacity than before.
Not content with this, now they put continuous spurs to the small-sized tractors to be sent to the agricultural field.
