Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Greetings from Nicaraguan President and Vice-President

Kim Jong Un , general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, received a message of greeting from President Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Vice-President Rosario Murillo of the Republic of Nicaragua, on September 5.

In the message, they extended congratulations to the Party, government and people of the DPRK the occasion of its 76 th birthday, on behalf of the government for national reconciliation and unity and the people of Nicaragua and on their own behalf.

On this historic and significant day, we are highly praising the leadership ability and prestige of the great President Comrade Kim Il Sung and Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il who are always alive in our hearts and Comrade Kim Jong Un , general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the head of state and our brother, the message said.

It reaffirmed once again the firm will to continue to strengthen the ties of historic and fraternal solidarity, friendship, cooperation and struggle between the peoples and governments of the two countries.

It extended fraternal greetings reflecting the love and respect of the Nicaraguan people to Kim Jong Un .
