The Kwangbok Kumgangsan Foodstuff Factory started production only a few years ago.
At first, it produced instant noodles, but now it produces hundreds of varieties of quality products of dozens of kinds, which are popular with people.
Instant noodles produced by the factory were highly appreciated at the light industrial goods exhibition "Development of Light Industry-2023".
Unlike other products, foods are directly related to human life and so they should have history of production to win favour with a wide range of customers.
But the success of the factory shows that history of production is not only the matter of importance.
The factory applied the right methodology for developing new products in great demand.
All employees were encouraged to taste and express their impressions of the products produced by themselves while asking customers for their opinions.
The opinions of employees from the consumers’ point of view and demands of other people were all valuable ones conducive to the development of new products.
On the basis of them, the factory rationally fixed the mixing ratios of various kinds of raw materials, pushed ahead with the updating of equipment to satisfy the quality indices of products in close cooperation with relevant units and improved the trademark designs more distinctively.
The products thus produced were all mouthwatering premium ones from packaging.
The factory saw that the trial products were first "examined" in the commercial service network by the consumers and produced the products favoured by the customers.
It also established a system for inspecting products strictly in each process.
It assigned an exclusive duty to highly responsible employees to inspect the products in all indexes in each process, while demanding the producers strictly observe the requirements of the standard operating methods and technical regulations.
The production of quality products reflecting the demand and desire of the customers—it is the key to rapid progress with a single leap forward at the Kwangbok Kumgangsan Foodstuff Factory.
