The DPRK with beautiful mountains and clear rivers is rich in tourist resources for medical treatment that are wonderful and favourable in terms of their efficacy and use.
Many people travel to different areas to meet their needs in medical treatment, prevention and health promotion.
The main means of treatment in such a medical tour are natural elements such as mineral water, hot spring, spring water, peloid, sea water, climate and landscape.
The country abounds with mineral waters including Kangso, Sogwangsa and Sambang and hot springs like Paektu, Hwangjin, Yangdok and Ryonggang.
