New houses were built at the Chollisong Farm of Taehung County and the Magundam Stockbreeding Farm of Nyongwon County in South Phyongan Province.
The new villages with clear characteristics of mountainous area are the cradles of happiness built under the energetic leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is writing a new history of rural rejuvenation with his tireless patriotic devotion.
Meetings were held at those farms respectively.
They were attended by Kim Man Jo, Secretary of the South Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders and agricultural workers. Congratulatory addresses were delivered, permits for using houses conveyed and other speeches made.
The speakers expressed thanks to Kim Jong Un for regarding the housing construction welcomed most by the people as a primarily important policy task and translating the century-old desire and ideal of the agricultural workers into reality.
After the meetings, officials called on farmers to congratulate them.
