The Insam and Berberine Injection developed in the DPRK has become a massive hit with growing demand among customers. It is popular partly because it is made with the extracts from insam, a famous immunity-boosting plant found in the country, and from Phellodendri cortex but largely because the ingredients extracted from the medicinal herbs meet world standards.
The injection brings instant effect with no pain. It also guarantees a high rate of absorption and stable use, as it contains ginsenoside with its purity above 95% and berberine glutamate with a purity of 100%.
In general, medicines containing berberine are not easily dissolved in water. But the developers addressed the problem in an original way by turning berberine hydrochloride into glutamate. According to existing documents and experimental data, saponin, the main component of insam, can produce only 5% of its effect, if taken orally. But they increased its effect by as many as 20 times.
The injection has a remarkable effect on increasing immune system and treating bacterial, viral and cancerous diseases.
The key developer Ri Kun Hui, manager of the Chongryu Pharmaceutical Factory under the Korea Mannyon Health Corporation, is an authority on developing natural and traditional medicines.
He holds a seat on the DPRK Chamber of Commerce and is a recognized pharmacologist in the fields of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders, metabolic trouble (diabetes) and cancerous diseases which are recognized as three major diseases of the world.
“Insam and Berberine Injection activates overall body functions as it increases immunity, resists inflammation and treats other symptoms. The natural Koryo medicine is effective for treating all health-related problems ranging from common cold to cancerous diseases and can be safely used by all,” said Ri.
In 2023 the “Pharmaceutical Composition Containing Berberine Glutamate” was patented at home. In April 2024 the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) registered the injection as a world intellectual product and conferred National Award for Inventors upon its developers.
