Pyongyang, March 12 (KCNA) -- All the people in the DPRK are inflamed with anger and hostility towards the U.S. imperialists and the puppet group of the ROK getting hell-bent on the joint military exercises unprecedented in their aggressive nature and scale to provoke another war while seeking to check the stable development of the DPRK and extremely aggravate the political and military situation in the Korean peninsula.
Under such situation, more than 500 graduates of senior middle schools in South Hamgyong Province have volunteered for military service at forefront border posts.
Many graduate students volunteered to join the Korean People's Army, in response to the call of the Children's Union instructor at Yonggo Senior Middle School in Sinhung County who decided to take arms to defend the country and the revolution.
Graduates of senior middle schools in Sinpho City, Hamju County, Hoesang District of Hamhung City and other areas vowed to stand at posts for national defence, not at universities.
Among those volunteers are graduate students in Tanchon City, Kumya, Riwon and Jongphyong counties.
Graduates in Pukchong, Jangjin, Hochon and Yodok counties expressed their will to wipe out the enemies, as befitting the brave sons and daughters of heroic Korea, if the enemies dare to invade even an inch of the DPRK's territory. -0-
