Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun says in an article on Wednesday that the great Workers' Party of Korea has steadily carried forward the history of development of the DPRK with eternal dignity, glory and prosperity by dint of ardent love and devotion to the people.
Thanks to the outstanding ideology and wise leadership of the WPK which is ushering in an unprecedented new era of change while making a long journey for a powerful country covered by no one in the world, the dignity and position of the DPRK people have been put on the highest level and substantial and qualitative changes made one after another to contribute to the promotion of the people's well-being, the article says, and goes on:
This significant year marking the 80th founding anniversary of the WPK, the scope of our struggle has been further widened with the construction of regional-industry factories and three essential projects.
The eternal vitality of Korean-style socialism, the precious name of the heroic people, the prosperity of the country and happiness of posterity are defended and guaranteed only under the ever-victorious banner of the WPK. This is the firm faith cherished by the DPRK people in the course of the gigantic struggle to usher in a new heyday of overall efflorescence, supporting the Party's grand plan with single mind.
In the brave leadership practice of steadily widening the scope for the people's happiness and completely carrying it out on the highest level, our people have deeply cherished again the true meaning of the words that the Party's plan and determination is precisely science, truth and victory.
