The Korean Central News Agency released a detailed report on the 17th under the titles "Another Myth of Hwasong Demonstrating the Spirit of Continued Revolution of Our Great Party and the Spirit of Vigorous Advance of Our Powerful State" and "A Decisive Guarantee for Completion of Construction of 50,000 Flats in the City of Pyongyang Provided with Successful Conclusion of the Third-Stage Project in the Hwasong Area".

The construction of a new large architectural group which assumes the aspect of another urban quarter different from the first- and second-stages and where various kinds of modern service networks are in a peculiar harmony with skyscrapers, high-rise apartments, and educational and public health facilities, has given full appearance to the Hwasong area as a centre and model capable of leading the existing areas of the capital city to civilization and efflorescence by providing it with the political, economic and cultural functions befitting a full-fledged administrative district.
As long as there are the wise leadership of the great Comrade Kim Jong Un and the irresistible force of single-hearted unity rallied behind the Party Central Committee with one mind and purpose, a new era of prosperity of Pyongyang in socialist Korea will continue steadily with more vigorous creation and innovation and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea will shine brighter as a utopia in which the people enjoy a happy life.
