The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un regards it as the strategic line in the building of a powerful socialist country to attach importance to science and technology and make a rapid progress in their development.
Whenever he calls at factories, he looks round the sci-tech learning space as he considers science and technology to be a vital issue and an essential one that should not be suspended even a moment.
He visited the newly-built Pyongyang Bag Factory on January 4, 2017.
At the sci-tech learning space, he said the dissemination of science and technology is an important work to make the producers take part in the production with profound scientific and technological knowledge and vigorously conduct the mass technical innovation movement.
He added that today science and technology are not promoted and developed by some scientists and researchers and that all people should learn while working and in the course, find out the seeds for carrying out their tasks with success and actively introduce them into production, thus contributing to the building of an economic giant.
That day, he stressed the need to actively disseminate science and technology on a nationwide scale and pay due attention to it like the production.
It is the intention of Kim Jong Un to train all the people as intelligent workers and developers of science and technology.
