This year the Sangwon Cement Complex has set an ambitious goal of increasing the production ten times over the output of last year.
In view of the capacity of its equipment, it may be seen as an impossible task.
However, the employees of the complex are widely introducing new technical innovation plans, bearing in mind that the key to increased production is guaranteed by science and technology.
From the outset of this year the Sangwon Limestone Mine successfully carried out the largest-ever blasting since its inauguration.
The technical personnel of the mine invented a new method of connecting detonators with a novel idea and conducted simulation tests several times. On the basis of it, they introduced a rational blasting method into practice.
And they remodelled the lubricating device and driving gear of the comprehensive crusher to ensure its normal operation, establishing the peak monthly production record from the first month of this year.
The complex also steadily pushes ahead with the modernization of production processes. As part of its programme, it built a management information system for the cement production process and upgraded the method of running production process using a system of the floating calcination cement calcination process and the control system of the machine for carrying in limestone.
