Youth league officials go on study tour of revolutionary battle sites in Mt. Paektu area

Youth league officials from across the country went on a study tour of the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt. Paektu.
They held a meeting in the education yard before the bronze statues of the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in the city of Hyesan of Ryanggang Province on the 13th.
Present at the meeting were Kang Sin Chang, Secretary of the Ryanggang Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, youth league officials and members of the study tour party.
The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before the bronze statues of the great leaders and paid tribute to them.
A report was made by Pak Myong Jin, Vice-Chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, which was followed by speeches.
The reporter and speakers said the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un raised a strong wind of educating the people in revolutionary traditions and arming them with revolutionary spirit all over the country through his historic tour of the battle sites in the Paektu on horseback. They noted that he called the youth league officials again to the strategic base of the Korean revolution, the centre of the education in revolutionary traditions seething with the revolutionary spirit of Mt. Paektu.
After the meeting, the members of the study tour party marched toward Mt. Paektu, flying the flags of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the youth league at the head.
Earlier, the youth league officials visited the Monument to the Victorious Battle of Pochonbo in the city of Hyesan.
