The Korean people enjoyed the First Full Moon Day (January 15 by the lunar calendar), a folk holiday.
Citizens of Pyongyang visited the Rangnang Museum in the Rangnang area and spent a pleasant time playing archery and colourful folk games.
Various kinds of national foods were served at public catering establishments in the capital city and other regions of the country decked in a festive mood.
The Central Zoo, the Natural History Museum, the Munsu Water Park and other amenities were crowded with working people, youth and students.
The holiday atmosphere was revved up with housewives making traditional dishes with sincerity at homes, working people playing chess and yut-game and children enjoying folk games.
When the full moon came up, scenes of citizens enjoying it were seen in Moran Hill, Ryongwang Pavilion, Songhwa, Hwasong, Rimhung and Jonwi streets of Pyongyang and in all other parts of the country.
Enjoying the folk holiday, the people in the county wished the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , who is cultivating a grand flower garden of love for them with his immense passion and warm affection, would be in good health and hoped for the national prosperity and the happiness of their own families.
