When he guided an important Party meeting, he said that it was the noble outlook on the people and lifetime motto of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il that one should pluck even a star in the sky and bring a flower into bloom even on a rock if the people want, regarding them as heaven.

He added that it was our Party’s outlook on the people to keep in deep mind our people as images of the President and the Chairman who had regarded them as heaven and uphold them.

In the world, there were many famous persons and statesmen who referred to the people and held the slogan for the people.

But history has never known such a great leader, a prominent great man as the General Secretary who regards the people as the sacred beings, devotes his all to them and builds people’s power.

As our people were the sacred beings the President and the Chairman had loved and grown soundly, the respected General Secretary devotes his all to the people with warm loving care, wishing to uphold our people just as he would do the President and the Chairman.

Our people are always in the heart-to-heart dialogue our General Secretary gives with the President and the Chairman every day and every moment, in the report of loyalty to them and in the grandiose ambition and ideals to realize their wishes without fail.

The people’s eternal well-being has been brought into bloom and the overall development of our state is being promoted from the noble outlook on the people of the respected General Secretary.

People Are Wisest Teachers

The respected General Secretary stressed at the historic 11th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea that all Party officials should bear in mind once again the true meaning of the slogan "Everything for the people and everything by relying on them!" and devote their all to the work for the people, as intended by the Party Central Committee.

For the General Secretary, the working people are god and the almighty teacher as well as the performers of miracle.

He, at a significant military parade, called our people an omnipotent creator of history, who have always provided our Party with wisdom and resourcefulness as a wise mentor, infused it with inexhaustible strength and courage, defended it at the cost of their lives, supported it sincerely and turned its plans and lines into reality, and stressed that officials should never deviate from the view that the people do not exist for the sake of cadres, but the latter exists for the sake of the former, and from the stand and attitude of regarding the people as sacred beings and respecting them as their mentors at any time and under any circumstances at the discourse given to Rodong Sinmun, organ of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea on October 10 last year.

Not only the proud history of our people, who have been famed as an independent people and heroic people, but the invincible spirit at present, are unthinkable without the care of the leader who gives them the soul of the revolution and trust and shows love and affection.

However, the General Secretary has put forward them as the wise teacher, almighty beings and great people, valuing so much our people’s wisdom, zeal and boundless strength.

No one in the world is so happy as our people, who are holding the great man always leading our-style socialism to victory, always being with the people and considering the requirements of the times and revolution through the simple words of ordinary people and carrying them in line and policy, in high esteem as their leader.

People’s Trust Is Most Precious Wealth

The people’s trust is the source of great power and pillar of faith for the respected General Secretary.

The respected General Secretary made a historic speech at the military parade in celebration of the 75th anniversary of founding of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

In his speech, he said that the people’s ardent and sincere trust and encouragement is the most valuable wealth for him, which cannot be bartered with any fame and millions of tons of gold, and inexhaustible strength which encourages him to feel no fear and know no impossibility.

It is his firm faith that there are neither difficulties insurmountable nor fortress unconquerable when he has such a people who overcome trials and difficulties only believing in the Party.

The treasures which can be proud in the world and successes achieved even in difficulties are all the historic miracles brought by the great father who regards the people’s trust as the source of infinite power.

The General Secretary takes encouragement from the people and is sure of victory despite any hardships.

With the noble view of life that he has nothing more to wish for even though he may be scattered like the grains of sand on the road for the good of the people, he continues his devoted service for the sake of people’s happiness.

Regarding Pains He Takes for People As His Highest Honor

The respected General Secretary devotes himself to the people’s happiness through thick and thin and is willing to tread a thorny path for the sake of people’s happiness.

When he visited the reconstruction site of the flood-hit area in Taechong-ri, Unpha County in Sept. 2020, he left a meaningful trace in the history of devoted service to the people saying that our Party would take every possible measure for the sake of the great people regarding troubles the Party takes for the people as its great honor.

There is no great leader in the world but the General Secretary who shoulders all troubles for the people and regards them as his honor.

He continues his forced march of devoted service to the people with the will to make our people enjoy all blessings and finds his pleasure in people’s happiness.

As he regards the pains he has taken for the people as his duty, he ardently desires for the people’s wellbeing and spares nothing for realizing it.
