The Jangsu Koryo Medicine Pharmaceutical Factory has been successfully rebuilt as a model of the Koryo medicine pharmaceutical factories in the DPRK.
Furnished with modern equipment and production processes put on a germ-free and dust-free basis at a high level, the factory serves as another material and technical foundation that will contribute to the wellbeing of the people by increasing the production of efficacious Koryo medicines.
The inauguration ceremony took place on April 30.
Present there were Vice-Premier of the Cabinet Jon Sung Guk, officials concerned, officials and employees of the factory.
At the ceremony, a speaker called upon all the producers to take care of the equipment and steadily raise the technical knowledge and skills to produce more Koryo medicines whose quality and hygienic safety are assured.
At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round the factory.
