One day in July 2016, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited a general fishinggear factory which was newly built by the Korean People’s Army.
Being briefed on the integrated production system at the generalcontrol room that day, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un suddenly asked about a device in the net productionprocess.
The device was used to point out the position where athread snapped during the netting process by turning on a LED light. Before theintroduction of the device, it was a laborious and time-consuming job for theworkers to inspect the machines to find out the position of snapped threads amonghundreds of net knots. However, scientists and technicians introduced thedevice to greatly increase the output of fishing implements.
An official of the factory said that they installed andoperated the device at one machine for a trial, and the machine operatorsfavoured it so much that they were asking to introduce the device to theirmachines too.
Then the General Secretary said with a bright smile thatmodernization can be called truly successful when the workers appreciate itafter running the equipment, and that they should do first what the workers sayis good when they do a modernization project.
Looking up to him, theaccompanying officials hardened their determination to become true officials servingthe workers.
